What NodusPlay is

NodusPlay is a platform to discover indie games and follow their creators. Each page links to where the creator offers their game, and that relationship is between you and the creator.

Minimum age

To create a NodusPlay account you must be 14 or older. By signing up you confirm it. If we find that an account belongs to someone under that age, we may close it and delete its data. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has signed up, write to [contact email pending — set CONTACT_EMAIL] and we will sort it out.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and protect your password. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
• One person, one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

Content you publish

• You keep the rights to what you publish (games, images, comments, reviews). You allow us to display it on NodusPlay while it is published.
• You may only publish content that is yours or that you have the right to use.
• If your game uses AI, you must declare it truthfully on its page (assisted or generative AI).
• Games are reviewed before being published, and changes to a published game are reviewed again.

Links to games and downloads

• You may only link to, or propose, games through the channels where their creator offers them with the right to do so: their own page, or an official store or platform (itch.io, Steam, Google Play…).
• Links to unauthorised copies, cracks, third-party direct downloads or any other way of getting a paid game without paying for it are not allowed. We will remove them and may sanction the account.
• Torrents and magnet links are only accepted if they are the official way the creator themselves distributes their game (for example, a free game). If you cannot show that, do not link it.
• If you propose a game that is not yours, you only link to the creator's page. The creator can claim the page or ask for it to be removed by writing to [contact email pending — set CONTACT_EMAIL], and while we review a claim we may hide the content.

Not allowed

• Illegal, infringing, malicious or deceptive content.
• Harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content or anything that puts minors at risk.
• Spam, impersonation, manipulating favorites, ratings or statistics, or trying to breach the platform's security.

Moderation and reports

We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms. You can report comments from the site itself, and any other content or copyright infringement by writing to [contact email pending — set CONTACT_EMAIL].

Warranty and liability

NodusPlay is provided "as is". We do not control or guarantee third-party games or their external pages, so we are not responsible for their content, availability or security. Download and play them at your own risk.
